Fix Heater Fan Shriek
A reason why the footwell heater fans shriek is that the fan slips down the motor shaft and binds/rubs on the fan housing. The fan is just friction fit on the shaft as was shown on other posts on this site. The fix is very simple; just tap the fan up the shaft as far as it will go without rubbing on the upper housing.
