Are the A-pillar window frames replaceable?
 

I have a '74 with the open-able A-pillar windows. Is it possible for me to replace those with the later model sealed windows, without doing anything else to the doors? Can I get them in chrome? Where would I source such a part? Thanks!

Yes you can. You simply replace the entire window frame with the frames with sealed windows.

I've got a pair of chrome window frames with sealed windows that I'd consider trading for your set (if yours are in good condition). Or just post a WTB ad in the classifieds section looking for chrome window frames.
