Need help identifying camshafts, please.

Engine is a '76 carrera 3.0, rebuilt before my ownership.
In revewing the engine build specs I came across the cam grind info and would like to know what they equate to, ie; stock, E, S, 964, that sort of terminology that is commonly used.
This is the info I have;

P20 intake .450 lift
P10 exhaust .430 lift

233.6 deg @ .3937 I
229.6 deg @ .3937 E
110 deg lobe seperation.

I have owned both a 3.0 with stock cams and one with 964 cams and this is not like either, much better IMO.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A little more info to answer my real question.
This engine runs on CIS and I am thinking about carbs.
Would this help or hurt?
