Base CIS system calibration

I'm finally wrapping up my 73.5 2.4 rebuild. Because the engine sat for so long I had to completely disassemble the CIS system for cleaning. It has now been reassembled. Does anybody know the "base" settings for all the adjustments (not including WUR or fuel pressure) on the throttle body, fuel distributor and linkage?

the only adjustment is the mixture. i think the base setting is something like this. with the FP on, and the air sensor plate at rest, turn the mixture screw CW until the injectors start to spray, then CCW until they stop. this is what is nice about CIS, one adjustment. you may try manipulating the sensor plate as you start it to find out which way the mixture needs to be adjusted.

dont know about the TB, tony may pipe in, he may know. but i thought it was closed. i dont ever change it.

adjust the linkage so the throttle plate opens all the way and closes completely.
