Hi,
Well I finally did it. After a very long 28 years I finally got another Porsche. Its a 1991 911 Cab. I do however need a cover for my new baby and was wondering if any of the members have any suggestions on who seems to make the best. It will be in my barn so does not necessarly have to be waterproof. Any thoughts will be appreciated. Thanks Tom Cape Cod |

I use outdoor Covercraft covers on both my cars - a 1987 911 and a 1995 Mitsubishi Galant. Both waterproof with fleecy feel inner.
Have had the Galant cover outside in all weather for 3 years and still standing up well to Typhoons and humidity (Hong Kong weather). The Porsche one is equally good but I didn't realise until I got my first delivery of it, that you need to order based on whether your car is right hand or left hand drive. The side mirrors are offset which makes the wrong cover fit poorly. Exchanged this no problems. Fits great! Cheers, Mark |

I use a coverking stormshield car cover, bought from carparts.com - works great. went for the full on custom cover, so great fit. looking too at getting an 'interior cover' for when I've got the top off but want to protect the interior. anyone have any experience with these?
TIA

I have two covers- a factory Porsche cover- silver high tech type fabric w/ soft felt bits underneath. Fantastic cover. The second one covers just the interior and windshield. I would recommend this type highly, as it is very easy to put on/ take off, it is cheap, and it keeps the sun/ bird poop, and sticky fingers out of your car while you run in to a store, or stop for a bite to eat!
