I think the price is what he thinks he wants. But he won't get it. Not now, or for a long time.

Dave, my car is a 73 that was originally sold in Germany then imported. It has a plastic tank. Holds a lot of gas. I can take a picture, but any call on what it is? It doesn't look like the one in the picture on this car.

A quick search in the tech section turns up 98 pages of threads where early cars are referred to as longnose, not to mention the literally hundreds of members who responded to the threads with no apparent confusion or concern with the term. Doesn't seem to be a problem...:rolleyes:

you have the correct tank for your car. it is the same as the RS tank- identical. Euro S's were delivered with them. 85 liters and a pita since the bottom ridges stick down too far. They get scraped and banged up a lot when the cars are lowered. Still the right "accessory" to have
