S have different mount spacing than the M.
PMB sells a S type of caliper that fits the M spacing PMB Performance: Contact Page (801) 674-3669 Eric is the contact over there.

The source I checked said the E came standard with the "comfort package" which included aluminum calipers--those would be S calipers. To be certain, measure the mounting holes on your E and see if the spacing is 3.5".

If the E has the correct spacing, it would already have the S calipers in most cases. Only an A caliper would fit otherwise. The M caliper would have a 7mm (1/4") spacer in the center. An S caliper is aluminum with compensating line, and the A caliper would have no spacer between the halves.
