72 clear fuel evaporation hoses. Where to can I get some?

1972 911. Removed the fuel tank and can't get the old clear fuel vapor hoses back on. They are as hard as rock and discolored brown so they are probably done.

Anyone know of a source or try to find some generic fuel hose? The one that concerns me is the one that comes off the tank as it's 0.6" id and it mat be tricky to find. Not going for a concourse look so any substitute is fine.

I checked our host but didn't see any??
