Front Pan Replacement Time?
I figure I need to replace the front pan because of all the rust but I wanted to get some opinions first just in case there's something else I can do with what I have. Patch the holes and treat the rust???

Looks like replacement to me. I am in the process of the same project. Looked very similar to yours.

Absolutely replace the pan. I can almost guarantee that there will have been hidden corrosion in the void between the fuel tank support and the pan, thus thinning the bottom of that area (as it is, there was rust-through close to the LCA mount.
My car showed much less VISIBLE corrosion, but I soon found out the damage was more extensive. My story is here: Battery-area surprise! - Rennlist Discussion Forums |
