3.2 Carrera owners...

Is there an underbonnet decal that indicates valve lash measurement and tolerance ??? (A pic would be great !!!). Another thread I found indicates that there is, but no photo.

Much discussion on the engine building forum about the clearance and tolerance.....and no factory reference for the tolerance +/- ????

Thanks
John

Not seen one under the bonnet but certainly a sticker 'round back under the engine hood.

No pic...but there are MANY threads 'round here that show it....

Best,

Doyle

Thanks for your responses....specifically looking for an OEM decal inclusive of tolerance (eg 0.1mm +/- 0.02mm or 0.004"+/- 0.001") which may or may not exist !!!!!

The one that gtc posted is the only one that was placed on the car.

The tolerances would be found in the work shop manuals.

the "comma" is European convention for a "decimal point"......for whatever reason we do the opposite....
