Let's see your Duck Tail Decal or Badge
 

Hey guy's, my dad is throwing on a new duck tail on his 83 SC. I told him to leave the lid bare, but he would like to put some sort decal or badge. We both agree the 911SC badge won't jive. Any idea's? Post a pic of your Duck Tail Decal or Badge on your later model 911... :)

I have "Carrera" decal from Ebay. Then there is SFS Performance badge.

what about carrera RSor another idea. sc, I heard stands for super carrera you could do the carrerra in OG early rs font and position with "super" written in small letters at its upper left but vinyl graphics only,no holes

In that case I had a Super Carrera back in 1964

The Carrera scripts look good! Maybe i could have one made as well.

I've got a "911" script from (I believe) the 996 generation. Found it on ebay, $25 I think. I love it. I got the idea from Jack Olsen's car.

So the original SC badge works, from what i can see, it looks great! Although, in comparison to the duck tail, is the badge too large? Can you take another picture?

This is an original SC badge. I've grinded off the pins on the back and it's glued on with strong twosided black tape. My ducktail is a fiberglass tail moulded on a steel engine lid. Most of the steel has been cut away.

Try cutting off the 911 if its too large. Never seen just "SC", it would prob look cool.

Maybe a sticker of the badge but reduced. Putting a Carrera on a non Carrera is a no no(IMHO).

There is also Nothing(mine currently), Crest, and PORSCHE. All truths.
