How's this for concealing the all too common dash crack?

What I had to work with :

And what I came up with. I designed it, the upholstery craftsman made it :




What do you all think of it?

It looks a lot better than before! That said, I hope you didn't spend a ton - a new dash sure would look better. Seriously though, a person who doesn't know these cars may take this for a stock European design.
