Upholstery

Have any of you had any experience with Autos International for carpet or upholstery?

If so what did you have done, and did they do installation for you?

Tell me about it.

Also if any of you have someone you have used and really liked their work, tell me about it.

I am redoing a 74 coupe and changing door panels, the three rear pieces (two sides and the back) and am planning on kits for the reat seats. I think I will buy two new seats
for the front.

Anyone have a recommendation for seats?

Got my carpet kit from them, and i'm very happy with the quality.

I haven't fitted it yet, but I've compared it to the original and it's an great match, mine is a RHD car, and they are about the only ones around that have the patterns for RHD cars.

My door panels are on the way, so in other words i'm very happy, with the quality.

Seat wise, i went for the GTS Nurburgring again not fitted as of yet, my car still waiting for paint.

Hope that helps

Tony

Auto's International

They did the complete interior of my 76 912E, this included the headliner, carpet and every piece of the interior except for the door panels and front seats ( I already had new panels and newer seats from a 88 911 ) .. I also brought them all my glass, window trim and new rubber which they had installed via their preferred vendor.
They did a great job, the car stayed inside their shop the entire time. I had just finished painting it and I was worried about paint damage but Augie assured me that they do this all the time. He was right, no paint damage and a fantastic looking interior. He also called me twice to give me updates and ask some questions about some minor changes. I am a very satisfied customer, feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

From time spent on the 356 Registry, Auto's International was a major player on those cars, and most everyone who used them was completely satisfied. I don't remember anyone ever complaining about their work or quality. Just another data point.
