Intermittent Cruise Control Problem

Need your collective help. '86 Coupe with factory cruise. At speeds below 60mph, cruise control works flawlessly. Above 60mph at times will work flawlessly at other times the cruise will not set, but the acceleration feature still works. Haven't opened the box, but did check all connections. Any suggestions?

Check the brake and clutch switches. They will cut the cruise out and prevent in from working.

The easiest way to fix 911 cruise control is romove the unit and the cable and drop it into the nearest dumpster. It's a permanent fix, and only takes a couple of minutes.:p
