Dead starter/battery/other?

This is strange...new, fully charged Odyssey 925 battery in the car, was running fine for a few months. No starting issues, charging at 13.5v..

One morning it won't start. It will turn the motor over once or twice, then it doesnt have the juice to turn it over again.

Switched in another battery, same thing. I take that second battery over to the landcruiser, pop it in and it starts right up (after 6 months sitting, that champ!)

Hook up the landcruiser while running to the 911 and try and jump-start it. Same thing, the car turns over once or one-half then dies.

Is this possibly a dead starter? At first I thought it was a bad battery but I've fully charged it and switched in other ones and got the same effect...unfortunately I dont have the time to check voltage at the starter right now...any thoughts?

Thanks

Starter would be my guess. Possibly bad ground somewhere.
