Pretty cool eBay 935 replica

I actually dig this one. What do you think?

I get waaayyy too much attention in a normal SC. You could get arrrested sitting in your driveway in that one. A waste of 35k, I mean you could get a good Motor Meister Massage for that much change.

What that body needs is a properly massaged 930 engine w/ double turbos....

Here's the problem though: You can't drive it on the street without looking like a goon and/or getting pulled over. You can't drive it on the track because it has no power, and you wouldn't want to do any damage to your $20K body work. What to do?

Forget possible damage to the body work, life's too short. With the good aero work, low weight, and massive wheels it would be a blast on the track. Although, first I'd stick in a 600+ horsepower 993 based motor with twin GT-2 turbos, electromotive engine management, and a 7.5 cr. A six-speed would have to go in as well

$90K less than the weir model, and it even runs.

Yargk-

Point(s) well taken! Although, If I ended up buying that car, I would probably get the "Weir-model" syndrome, and start wanting to put all the real 935 goodies on it, and subsequently go broke!

I would put fire breathing 993 turbo motor in it a race the crap out of it. That's after I finished sorting it out.

I really like the car.

Good starter project....needs some stickers and some scrapes...oh yeah, a decent power plant would help to match the body work....

High school saying comes to mind, "all show, no go"....
