rear alignment

I searched through the forums but couldn't find or understand how I should fix this issue so here it is :)

http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1264756553.jpg

This drawing shows the current situation of rear left hand side tyre of my 84 targa. The amount of mis-alignment is about 4 mm for each issue. What I understood is I can fix this by some alignment but I guess it is a very tough job. Can you help me through this?

I found this thread for reference but I guess it doesn't cover my problem, or I just cant understand.

left rear

you have toe in and positive camber

what about the other corners?

to adjust these, Flieger's picture (in the linked thread) tells you everything you need to know!!

Obviously the devil is in the details. Get yourself a manual if you haven't already. You will need some special tools (available from pelican) and some measuring equipment try pegasusautoracing or racerpartswholesale

You have a desireable alignment. You want a little rear toe-in and a good amount of negative camber. This is what I interpret your diagram as showing. :)

if *both* pics are the LH rear then i think we have positive camber, which is not good at all.

/-------\ good

\-------/ bad

how about |--------| ? Maybe a little tiny bit of (-) camber.

both pics are showing the rear left tyre. Front and bottom of the tyre is looking inwards not straight ahead.. This effects the ride badly for sure.
