Question Front end suspension re-finishing

I have to replace both left and right protective bracket (tie down loops) on my 85 Carrera. Is there a recommend color for these parts? Also I might have to replace/ repair the front condenser guard. Any recommendations for color on this part? At some point in this cars life one of the previous owners must have driven over a parking curb. The front condenser cage guard is still in good shape, but the listed parts took a bit of a beating. The condenser cage appears to be finished is a natural or a silver finish. I know these are pretty anal questions but looking for some advice out there for these items. I will post a photo soon of the car.
Thanks,
rford3678

I would have thought semi gloss black for both parts but your condenser guard was silver so I don't know.
Someone will chime in. Lots of concourse guys here.

Welcome by the way!

My '85 had these parts in semi-gloss black and it appeared to be the original finish.

That may be changed at some point and being galvanised the "mechanic" may not have bothered to paint it the same as OEM.
