master cylinder
I am replacing the master cyl on a 72 911. How do I release the two lines coming down from the reservoir? I think they pop out, not sure where to pry

They will come out when you pull the old MC down. Put them back in place before you hard locate the MC. Use liquid dish detergent freely to set the seals. New ones will come with the MC.
