I've owned my 1970 911S coupe for about a year and a half now, and a very good business oppourtunity has come along that will require cash in the spring. Being only 23 I realize that short term sacrifice now will mean I can own other 911's in the future IE) better to have loved and lost... I live in centeral Canada not exactly a Porsche hot spot as a matter of fact I have one of maybe five early Porsches in the city. So here is not the place to sell it. I know the car is solid and that it is a quality #'s matching car and want to have it seen by the people who are seraching for a car like this. My question is how have people sucessfully sold cars in the past? I want to advertise across Canada and the States but I want to do better then a one picture add in the Auto Trader. Should I try ebay, The early 911s websight here at pelican, hemmings? Also has anyone ever bought cars long distace before what can I do to help the buyer to buy from me all the way up here.
