Damn, you crack me up Orbmedia.

Yeah, when they put the left rear tire of a 917 up for sale, I'll buy it and put it on my car. Don't tell me it won't fit. I'll make it fit. Don't care what anyone says either, how funny it looks driving around with a slick that's too wide and bounces off the fender. It's from a 917, I'll tell em. Get off my back man.

Hey, I've got a 935 valve cover... when I need an extra 5mph I just toss it in the back seat. I put it on ebay a while back, everybody wanted the rest of the motor. Gotta start somewhere.

Actually, I think it would be better if they WERE raced. And hey, can that adjusting collar wind all the way down to the bottom of the damper?

I hope they really are 917 shocks for whoever buys them, but they are on ebay, so who knows. Did John Deere ever use 917- part numbers?
