pedal cluster

Need help with removing the pedal cluster. My shop manuals do not offer any help except removing the master cylinder. Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi fanatic, I just got my cluster reinstalled yesterday, + new clutch cable, and helper spring. Wow total transformation. much easier pedal action and shifts way better too.
Mine is a 1980 SC so the master cylinder is in the trunk area not down on the lower fire wall as in the thread you may be looking at. If your is like mine, you might want to disconnect the break rod at the top, above the cluster. also there is a brace from the left side of the cluster. It unbolts from the inside of the master cylinder housing, the forward lower bolt. Its very fiddly getting the clutch cable disconnected, in the tunnel, but is doable
What year is your car?
