Is there a definitive or "Ultimate..." tire performance thread here?

I am looking for a thread where everyone has relayed their experiences with different tires on their 911. Does that exist? I know tirerack.com has a lot of great information and an informative ratings system, but I was hoping to find something a little more 911-centric. I would love to read real-world accounts of different tire types and brands used specifically on 911's. If there's not a thread like that here, does anyone know of one anywhere on the internet? I've read normal reviews of tires that have been tested on heavy 4 door sport sedans, but wonder if the reviews apply 100% to how the same tires would react when say, a rear-heavy 911 gets chucked into a corner, or steering and braking performance on such a front-lightened car. Any help on digging up that info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

not really - determine the allowable sizes for your wheels, based on usage, then search on results from a tirerack output for that size

the technology changes rapidly so a great tire from 5 years ago may not be so great now
