Trying to find interior door panel tops!

I can't seem to find any suppliers who sell just the top part of the door panel. Mine's brown leather and it's faded and shrunk a bit, seems like this would be a pretty common problem with the leather, same goes for the rear deck. Also, I'm new to the 911 scene, and after I purchased my 78 SC this summer I have noticed that my chrome trim and stainless top cover was not the norm, every one I have seen is black. Is this unusual, or just coincidence that all the one's I see are black trim. Thanks for any info!
