Seats are aftermarket, not even carbon fiber....
That is twice, yes, two times that I dash out my money for bargain seats.

Two times for FAKE stuff....
If it seems to good to be true, IT IS!!....

First time I sold the seats with a minimal loss.
This time the seller will take them back. (except for the fact that he should have informed me they were aftermarket, he is a stand up guy. I guess he assumed it was clear to me that they were not OEM)

Not really, they don't have to be GT3 seats, I've been watching out for a nice set of racing seats and when I saw these I just had to buy them, because I thought they were for real....
They are not my first choice, I prefer Recaro PP. the shape of Recaro's is more period correct.

If you come across a nice set, you can give me the heads up, appreciate it.

I agree that the Pole Positions look much better in the older cars. I have both the GT3 seats and the PP's and they are very similar to sit in. Just fyi, I don't believe Porsche ever made a carbon fiber version of the GT3 seat so that's a quick tipoff that they're not factory.

When I saw the price I immediately suspected they were copy cats

I have look for them all over and they are very expensive so chances are that I will install copy cats and called the day

Seats were returned and I got my money back.
The guy where I got them from has an independent Porsche garage, he knows I'll be spending my refund there anyway.
One of his mechanics took them out of another client's car and never bothered to take a closer look.
No harm, no foul.
