Pelican has them - plus a lot of other helpful stuff here:
Pelican Parts - Porsche 911 Parts Listings & Diagrams Not specifically for a 72 S, but you should be able to use the 71 and 73 for reference.

The original color diagram for a 72, that went in the back of the owner's manual was available here:
1972 911 T E S wiring diagrams new old stock $15 shipped I don't know if he has any more, but it's worth a shot. I bought one and had it copied and blown up to 11x17, and laminated in plastic for use in the garage.
