Newbee intro and DIY sport seat recover

So I've been poking around here and decided it's time for an intro. I've had my 78sc for about 15 years and just bought the white 79 a few months ago from this forum.

The red SC has SSI's Dansk sport single out both from our host a few years back.

The white SC is a backdate project that I have just started. Hopefully with a 3.6 to boot.

The sport seats were in the White car but the were showing their age, so its off to GAHH for a seat kit before they were installed in RED. Pics below

Wow, 2 nice cars... looks like you're having fun. I see a package tray and bulkhead panel leaning against the wall. I just redid my package tray and leather after the old leather had warped the under lament.

Looks like the height of your garage you could add a 4 post lift and more "P" cars...

Here is a picture of the seats installed no conditioner on the leather so it looks a little off from the door panels.

I must say it was pretty easy took 2 of us the better part of a Sunday to do both seats.

Cheers, Scott

Scott,

Where did you get the seat kit? GAHH? I'm not familiar with that. I was looking into World Upholstery (I think they supply our host), but didn't know if there were other opitons. Yours look very good.
