What should I look out for when shopping for roller transport?

Hi Everyone,
I have found a roller in CA and am currently looking for a shipping company that can take this roller to Virginia. Do you have any advice as far as selecting a carrier for a roller. Noah, you have recently shipped a roller from Fl to Ca, can you share with me your experience and advice on how to set up the pick-up of the roller?. Thanks so much for all your help as always. Andrew
