Trim polisher and anodizer
Does any one know a good company in SoCal that can remove the anodize, polish out the scratches and then re-anodize my window frames?
Thanks, Jason

I used King of Trim with nice results...my trim needed complete restoration including polishing and bright-dip anodizing.....they did my door & pop-out window frames and the door top trim and rear quarter trim.

Bad Experience With "King of Trim"
Based in part on comments posted here, I sent my 1968 911 window trim to "King of Trim." After they were inspected by "King of Trim," he calls me and assures me that for $1500.00 they can be restored to "concourse condition." There is no suggestion that they cannot be fully restored. Six weeks later, and after the work has been done, I am advised that one window frame has "some corrosion." Three Weeks later when they finally are returned, I have two shinny, pitted, flat spotted, dented ,still somewhat scratched and in one instance cracked pair of window frames. It turns out it was all my fault for sending him "poor quality cores." Silly me!

King of Trim SUCKS.
I sent Marcos all of the black trim off my '86 Carrera to have it polished and bright dip anodized. After 3 months he finally got it done but it was not bright enough - a satin finish. He said "there's something wrong with the aluminum. Porsche used a different alloy for the black trim than the earlier cars with bright trim." Yeah, different alloy, uh huh. I had to buy a 2nd set of used bright trim to send him.....and it took ANOTHER 3 months for him to do it. 7 months wasted! I will never, ever use that haunted outfit again. I just sent him, Marcos 5 pieces off my 67 for repair 'minor scratches' and a bright dip. Sent a front deco, 2 sides, 2 rear. Quote was $650 AFTER he inspected them so I hope to hell no bad core excuse as above. This was after searching and reading rave reviews on quality of his work!

So can anyone answer ocjason's original query? Is there a trustworthy outfit for this type of work?

Look up CA Porsche Resto in Fallbrook, CA.
Ask to talk to Brian or Tom -- tell them the Army guy from Ft Meade MD sent you. I visited they shop 10 days ago -- the work is as good as factory new. Vr Bavaria911
