Need help, Brake Pedal to the floor

I have a 75 911S that had been sitting since 92. I now have the motor rebuilt but I can't get the brakes to work. I got a new 19mm Master, speed bleeder valves, and SS brake hoses. I get fluid (Dot 3) out of all wheels when bleeding and have gone around 20 times looking for air. The pedal still goes to the floor. Brakes are not vacuum assisted. What should i try next?

Did you bench bleed the new MC?

How did you bleed the entire system? By hand/foot or a pressure bleeder?

I didn't bench bleed the MC. I'm getting brake fluid at all the wheels but the pedal still goes to the floor. I'm bleeding the system using the "Speed Bleeder Valves". You open them up at the wheel and it lets out fluid and air put won't suck air back into the system.

I have speed bleeders so I know how they work but I don't care for them, BTW.

Without being there I can only guess but I think your problem is in the MC unless you have a leaking line somewhere.

I have never installed a new MC without bench bleeding. I was told by a mentor to do this so I have.

Sorry I can't be of more help. Others will post with thoughts so hopefully you can get this resolved and get out driving.

I have a clear tube on the bleeder so i see the fluid coming out and not going back in. I don't see any air coming out.

I have a update. Thanks for all your help. It's nice wayne had a mentor but i didn't. I expected to get the master brake cyclinder bleeding information from the teck information or from the Pelican web site where i bought the master cyclinder. I wanted to find a way of bleeding without removing the master cyclinder. I put the regular bleeders back in. I also found out when i took off the Calipers to paint them I put the front on backwards and the bleeding valve was lower than the inlet. I moved the calipers to the other side, bleed the brakes and everything was fine. Thanks for all your help.

Glad to hear you have solved the problem.

BTW-My car mentor was not for Porsche cars. He was just a buddy who preferred to teach me instead of just fixing a problem. The basics of auto repair are applicable to most vehicles. Yeah, I was lucky to have a friend like Dave.
