Seeking Paint Shop in NJ

Hi All,
Its finally time to repaint my '81 SC Targa. I'm the second owner for 24 years, and while its mechanically fine, the paint has started to crack/bubble in spots. (There's rust bubbling in one spot at the base of the rear glass.) I had the bumpers, rockers, and extensions refinished by the Paterek brothers at least 10 years ago, but now I want to do the entire car. I plan to do all the disassembly/reassembly myself (except for front and rear glass), so I'm looking for a quality shop that will work with me to determine the following:

• single vs. two stage paint
• necessity of bare metal respray vs. good prep of existing paint
• rust repair

I don't want to spend a fortune, but was figuring on a minimum of $5K for paint + whatever prep is necessary.

I'm in northern NJ, so recommendations in the NJ/NY/PA/CT area would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Foreign Specialties in Manville. Larry has done amazing work on a lot of fine cars. No one else touches my cars. Good luck
