will these wheels work?

i have a 1970 911T with stock fenders and isn't lowered. will 16x6 wheels fit with low profile tires?

Hi Justin:

I have a '72 with stock fenders and no rolling. I now run 16x6 Fuchs with 205/50ZR16 SO3s.

I was running 205/55ZR16 SO2s (on the same 16x6 Fuchs) and getting some rubbing at the leading edge of the front fenders - this rubbing only occured when the wheels were turned at a certain angle.

BTW, I run about 1.5 degress of negative camber at the rear and just over 1 degree of negative camber at the front.

With the 50 profile tires the rubbing is gone. This combo works great and the SO3s are great tires for the street!
