Any Rally Projects going on?

I was wondering if anyone was doing a project to result in a P-Rally Car. I am think of a new project where I build a high-riding 4 wheel drive rally car. I have a pretty good base to begin with and am looking for some input. I did several searches and have not seen any rally car projects at all. If you know of any or are doing one please let me know............Garry W

No one knows of any off-road or Rally type Porsche projects either in progress or having been done in the past? After a search, I did not find any other threads pertaining to rally car projects. I would appreciate any leads.........

:)

Damon at Series 900 in Sunapee, NH is building a 959 bodied C4.

It should be great fun.

Hope he gets it roadworthy this summer.

The guys at Parts Obsolete used to have a Killer rally 911, you might see if they can give you some tips, it was very rad!

We were involved with 2 of the projects seen here- a "Rothmans" 911SC with raised suspension, cage, other correct details and another "tarmac- Rothmans SC" that is now based on the east coast

The most serious rally project is ongoing very slowly with us. It will be yellow and totally purpose built- not much in cosmetics as it will see rough action. 70 T chassis, fully caged, inset oil cooler, cell, dual rally sparco seats, plastic windows, raised suspension, and it will be similar to the 73 RS safari cars in detail. sorry no pics yet, we have a couple other projects to roll out the door before we can get back on this one
