Gents,
After 1 and 1/2 months my '83 SC is back at home after a transmission rebuild and a replacement front suspension pan. Today I started her up and the idle speed is slow (750-800)RPM and a tad bit rough. I adjustd the idle speed and it doesn't help since when the engine warms up the idle is back up to higher than normal. What do you think I should look at first? Thanks. Rich |

My '90 C4 does the same thing. I just bought it two weeks ago and haven't as yet (gotten the nerve) to change the plugs or caps/rotors.

Sorry to respond to your question with a question, but do you mind my asking the cost of the suspension pan replacement? I'm in need of the exact same thing on my '78SC.
Thanks! ------------------ Michael '78 911SC Euro |

I got a very good deal on the pan replacement. $900.00 + parts ($220) and it was done right. This one place quoted me $3000.00. That's insane.
