Bought new blue coil, will this work?

Hi everybody, today went to an autoshop and bought a new bosch blue coil. This one is sold as blue coil here, but it's a silver body, heavy, and reads in a big BLUE STICKER 9 220 081 054 K12 Made in brazil.

I bought this one for 25U$S, so it's cheap, but remember i live in ARgentina, close to Brazil .

The question is, if this one will work right with my car, because when i arrive home, i found that the prospect on the box says: Ignition Voltage 26.000 V, Sparks per minute 16.000 .

And reading around here, found the original one used a diferent Voltage, around 45.000V, is that right?

So, i don't know if use this one, or if i will blow everything, and have to resale this one

Here is a pic of it:

Thanks!!

Ariel

The proper coil for the unit you are running is not even a coil but an amplifier. Its is made by Bosch to go with the CD box on the left engine wall. The amplifier you want is Bosch manufacture with the numbers on the end ending in 001.
This is the Porsche part# 901.602.502.00

Actually, i don't have the bosch CDI, i have an aftermarket like MSD, but another national brand.

That's my question about this coil, not the reliability, i mean if i use it, will i blow anything..?
