help with clunking sound

When driving over bumps during normal city driving I am hearing a clunk coming from my rear right wheel. The bumps that cause the noise are those that cause the rear wheel to drop suddenly. Any ideas what to look for as a cause?

Sway bar mounts to the body. These tend to crack. I would jack one side of the car up. Check the sway bar mounts from that tire which is in the air.

Repeat on the other side.

(stir - mix - bake at 425 )
