Went to my local Costco today here in the SF/Bay Area and found out they sell Premium Unleaded (92 Octane) gas for $1.80 a gallon. (Cheap!!) Anybody has any opinions on gas from independent stations? I am really tempted to try it because the lowest price in SF for premium unleaded from 76 or Chevron is $2.25 a gallon.
thanks ken [This message has been edited by Ken Louie (edited 06-25-2001).] |

And I was complaining about 93 octane costing $1.57/gal. Silly me.

texas guy, wake up:
We are charged 2 Deutschmarks per liter regular up to 2.15 for premium (98). This equals up to 3.53 USD per gallon! You know why I am happy to have that lousy 2.7 which runs on regular ![]() Jens Location: Germany BTW gas prize is rather low at the moment. |

Dang, I filled up on regular for 1.36!! And premium was only $1.50! I guess SW FL has some advantages.
