With Headlights on, Turn signals do not work! WTF?
 

So I replaced my turn signal lever assy and installed a headlight relay system. All parts from Pelican, and now my turn signals do not work when I have the headlights on!!! I have looked at the wiring diagram here but not sure I am smart enough to understand this.

Any suggestions?? Oh, this is on an 83 SC

Does the turn signal light or indicator come on and not "blink" or do they not light up at all?

First place I would look would be all the grounds up front where they ground to chassis and at the rear grounding of housings to chassis. Start from the front first.

With the headlights off, they work perfectly. With the lights on high or low beam, nothing! No blinking no indicators on, nothing!

check where you installed the headlight relay, might be touching another fuze. Better yet, try disconnecting the headlight relay and see if that fixes the problem.
