Hardi Fuel pump
OK... maybe it is a little eclectic, especially since I have no problem updating for better engine life/reliability, but I am looking for some info on the original Hardi Fuel pumps. I plan on keeping the original in the car - I kinda like the sound of it.
Here is the delimmas I have had: 1. Mine does not look like that in the PET. Rather than a thick bottom casting it is a thin one with fittings. Unfortunately I cannot find information regarding if the design may have changed over the years on the OE part after extensive searching. 2. Replacement parts for future needs to rebuild. Any help would be appreciated, I would like to keep it in the car when I finally get the engine done so I can hear that "Thocka Thocka Thocka" when I turn the key.

I just replaced my Hardi; IMO it's not a very good unit. I'll send you mine for a spare for $50.

Can you post a photo? You could have a Webasto pump back there.

I think it may be a webasto... will try to get some pics this weekend if I can but really busy - I have one day I gotta work (we are behind) and a Bobcat skid steer that I have to fix now that I have the parts for it. The folks at the nursery (plant kind) hate getting shipments of fertilizer with the bobcat not working so that needs priority.
