your dream Porsche

If you could have any Porsche, the way Porsche produced it, race car or street car, what would it be?
I think I would like a '97 Turbo S. All wheel drive, 424 hp, fast and fun. I live at the beach so maybe a '69 S Targa. Too many wonderful Pcars to choose from!!!

904 GTS. One of the prettiest race cars made. That, and a 2002 911 GT2: a race car for the street!

1955 550A Spyder. Maybe a distant second would be a Carrera GT.

I just want my black 81' 930 repainted, without oil leaks, with SDS fuel-injection and with rebuilt heads. Add a pair of new 285-40-15 Yokohamas and i'll be happy....

I might have my dream car one day...

Ohh...and i would like to drive 962 one day...

Cool

i was just thrilled to get sit in a 914, a year later i own the car, any 911, but while we're being picky, an old 550 or 906 both would be alot of fun!!!

I'm pleased to say I own my dream car -- it's just not yet in my dream condition. Mine is an all black '87 Carrera with whale tail. I'd like to have the body and paint made perfect, maybe throw in a 3.6, Yokohama AVS Inter, fix the A/C, etc. But I can honestly say I get no envy when I pull up next to any other car -- a healthy respect maybe -- but no envy. This is a position I have dreamed of being in for most of my life.
