will these tires fit on the front?
has anyone tried kuhmo 712's 225/45-16 on the front of a 930
or a flaired 911? I have 16 X 7 fuchs (no spacers). My concern is that they will rub on the inside wheel well (not the fender) when turned to the extreme. thanks for any help. steve |

Since 930's have 9" flares up front you should have no problem mounting a 225. What is up there now?

I had 205/50-16 on a 7 inch fuch under a 930 size glass fender (on a 911). I thought that with out a wheel spacer that it might be too close to the inside of the wheel well with the wider tire (225/45). The shorter height difference might help though.

I have the new Kumho 225/"40s" on Fuchs 7s and 8 ....they are quite a bit shorter sidewall than the 55s and look a little weird in contrast with the 245/45s on the rear.
They do not rub like the 225/55s did, and when the rears wear out they should have the new 245/40s available....
