Targa vs. Coupe carpet set, difference?

I was looking to replace my carpet in my targa, and i wanted to know are the carpet for my 1979 sc targa the same as the coupe? simple question, but a seller listed it specifically for a coupe, but i didnt know if there was a difference...thanks.

I know that there is additional bracing for the targa/cab so I would guess that it would change the pattern needed for carpeting. I did a search on "coupe targa carpet" and found 27 threads here's one that might help: carpet question...

The front footwells are different, I believe, as well as the rear seating area. Both of those things would affect the carpets.

The Targa foot well is at least 2 inches narrower according to patterns I made of both. I think most carpet kits will accommodate the changes at the base of the rear seats when fitting and stretching.
