Fuel Accumulator

Question - I have 2 outlet fuel accumulator is it possible that this could be installed on a 3.0L engine. As you know the 3.0L come with a 3 ourlet. Anyone have a diagram to show how this came be hook-up.

Thanks,

AFIK, it would be possible to connect the 2 port accumulator in place of a 3 port but you must totally and completely seal the hose that connects to the bottom port. Under pressure, the hose from the third port (which is a safety drain if there is a leak in the accumulator diaphragm) will spray fuel as it is connected to a return line which is pressurized. If you cannot make a secure and fail-safe plug of the return line, I'd suggest you opt to buy a 3 port which is designed for your system. Just my HO.
