Question Need help on brakes, again.

I searched the archives and can not find the answers to a few questions. I've searched Wayne's book and the articles on this site also.

While the brake lines and calipers are still off, I decided to replace my rotors; they are original on my 1979 and measured in at 18.8 and 18.6mm. Close enough to 18.5 to replace.

I got the dust cover off and am looking ahead to reassembly.

Upon reassembly, how tight should the wheel bearing clamp nut be? Do I use a special tool to tighten it or just tap it on? Can't find any ft/lb requirements.

How tight should the allen screw be that fits into the clamp nut. Just hand tight, or are there ft/lb guidelines?

I recently had the bearings repacked so I assume there's nothing I need to do related to the bearings?

A post earlier this week discussed making sure the thrust bearing could move back and forth. Can someone clarify this issue?

Last question, to have a single source that gives torque settings for the various nuts and bolts on this car, do I need to purchase the maintenance manuals or is there another source?

thanks (I'm getting there slowly)
