Fresh Air Blower

I have a 78 SCD - D for Delete... if it breaks it gets deleted, light is fast, so I'm getting faster by attrition.

Anyway AC & heater delete, which pretty much renders the 3 levers in the mid of the dash redundant.

I am replumbing fresh air blower to blow through all vents at all times, and would like to add a turning knob to replace top lever (others do nothing now) - this will free up the perfect dash space to allow me to fit my O2 sensor guage (I installed a Bitz racing EFI kit)

Anyone suggest a suitable knob to use, also I "assume" white is speed 1, white/yellow-2, white/green-3

Any advice appreciated.

What did you do with the 3 position rotary knob that worked the aircon? Or was your installation different to mine?
I kept the smuggler's box blower for ventilation and the control remains in the console.

The AC was removed 10 years ago, so switch long gone! Smugglers box is empty, hoping to do a battery relocation at some point.

Thanks for the switch idea though, will need to hunt one down, I have a blanked location beside the steering column, or I could replaced the rear window defrost.

I weep for anyone not wanting to "slay the dragon" and get proper a/c into these beasts. I digress
