oven baking a 911 shell in Northeast ?

It seem that this is the best way to strip a 911 tub from all undercoating and insulation materials. (Zuffenhaus project are so nice !)

Anybody have contact in the Northeast or Quebec/Ontario, Canada to do it ?

What temperature does it take to turn undercoating in ashes ?

Any experience with 500F from a powder coating oven ?

Thanks
JD

Kwik-Strip = Redi-Strip?

We have used Redi-Strip in Allentown a few times, I suppose it possible that there are two dip tanks in Allentown, after all it was a big steel town in the past..

Anyway.. as mentioned above Redi-Strip is a one man operation... and the nature of the business is dunking a car in caustic fluids and waiting... so the guy may not be there eight hours a day...

Leave a message...

I don't know of any places that will bake the shell in the northeast

sorry for the late response--yes redi strip is the same company as kwik strip, they underwent a new name change when ownership was switched. he does a good job but is hard to get a hold of sometimes as he is in the shop more than his office.
