91 964 Replacing Original Blaupunkt radio/cd
Hello all,
I am quite new to Porsche and just purchased a 91 964 C2 with the original Blaupunkt radio/CD and would love to replace it. Lamentably, I am afraid to start anything since I haven't the foggiest on what to do. I did search left and right on the Internet and found nothing close. I do apologize for this post and perhaps quite simple for all you experts but I just don't "screw" things up. To add, what should I replace it with? The simpler without modifications the better. I do thank you all for your time. Richard |

SW STEREO SPECIALISTS - European Car Audio Products
SW Stereo sells genuine Porsche radios and all the parts you need to install them. I installed a Becker CDR220 in my dad's 88 for him. It looks and works great. The CDR220 was used in 993's and has a CD player with text, and a few other gizmos. I prefer the stock look though, so you might be after something more flashy. I think they sell newer units too with all the lights, glitz and glamor if that's what floats your boat.
