problems with tach adaptor together with Wide band lambda?

Have anyone experienced problem putting an msd 8910 Tach adaptor in to a car that have innovatives LC1 wide band lambda? I assume that the tach adaptor produces some signal or frequency that fryes the internal electronics of the LC1 making it broken? Anyone heard of something like that?
