Ive cleaned the airhorns,ran drill bits through the vacumn passage.All clean it pulls vacumn you can feel on the hose. I cleaned and lubed the distributor today. Put it back in the car timed it then hooked the vacumn line up. The timing didnt change?
The air is same through airhorns with syncrometer. But it still pops Very little at idle underload pulling away from house pop pop pop. Any sugestions?????? |

Did you see my answer to your other thread? Took a minute to figure out that you weren't talking about the horns that go BEEP! Sounds like your vacuum module has a hole or crack in the diaphragm. It really isn't critical, because the only function is to retard at idle for emissions compliance. Plug the hose to the vacuum module with a 5 mm bolt or screw ... it may be causing an extra-lean condition on cylinders #1 and #4. Or, you may have air leaks at the throttle bodies.
