Bracket under pass seat '83 cab ROW

Anyone know what these two brackets were used for? Its a new to me '83 cab and Im going through it front to back. Pass seat slider was sticky so I pulled the seat to lube it and give a proper cleaning. Found the bracket. Driver side doesnt have it.

Some had the stereo amp under the passenger seat. Is it possible yours had the upgraded stereo w/amp and the PO removed it?

The brackets for the US lambda system.
It’s easier to do them all than to figure who needs it and who doesn’t.when the floor pan is put together

Thanks to all. I found pics of the lambda parts and see thats what it was designed for. I like the idea of a sub mount, once I get it all cleaned up. The joys of ragtops. Road debris goes everywhere.
